In this episode of Innovators Mix, Aaron Eden and Seth Webster sit down and talk with Tad Milbourn, leader of the BrainStorm project and product at Intuit.  Tad shares his journey through Intuit’s awesome rotational development program fresh out of college; spending time as a tech support agent, a strategist, a manager and now a leader in innovation strategies / pipeline management.  Tad’s product, BrainStorm is a social innovation platform that has accelerated Intuit’s ability to leverage ideas at all levels to deliver products rapidly and is now expanding its reach into the market with successes at companies like VistaPrints.
